Jerry Zhao and Leon Song founded Top Circle Hosiery Mills Co., Inc. in 1992 in Long Island City, NY.  Since moving to a new 26,000 sq. ft. location in Weissport. PA, we have upgraded all of our knitting machines and finishing equipment. 

We now have the best knitting machines on the market.  This has allowed us to offer our products at the lowest prices ever while still making the highest quality products that our customers have come to know us for.  Also, we are the only hosiery mill in the United States that makes 168 needle and 200 needle dress socks that have a cushioned heel. 

Over the years we have established a reputation for consistent high quality, on time delivery, and one of the most efficient operations in the United States.  In addition, we have set up manufacturing operations in Pinghu, China as well as partnered with associated factories in Cambodia, Egypt, and Pakistan. These global sites allow us to cater to our customers' diverse and ever-changing needs.
